Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 24 large crushed or minced garlic cloves
  • 1 T Dried Dill
  • 1/2 t Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 t Sea Salt
  • Zest from 1 lemon (organic is best!)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and add your meat (or veggies).
  2. Refrigerate for at least several hours before cooking, preferably overnight.
  3. This marinade is also great for vegetables such as zucchini, squash, mushrooms, tomatoes …for the grill or roasted in the oven.
