It really is easy to make.
Heat the white chocolate in a double boiler…..
….add cranberries and pistachios….
And I actually added in a few other things too.
Roasted pumpkin seeds and almonds.
Stir them in….
…and pour them onto a parchment paper lined pan.
Simple!
But so pretty….
The colors are so festive.
A perfect addition to your holiday table.
I hope you enjoy it!

- Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 12 oz White Chocolate Chips ((be sure to use real chocolate, not “baking chips”)
- 1/4–1/3 cup Dried Cranberries

- 1/4 cup Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Flavoring (I used Orange) (optional)
Instructions
- Pour the chocolate into a double boiler and melt.
Remove from the heat and add flavoring, if desired. - Pour in dried fruit, nuts and salt. Stir well.
- Spread onto a parchment lined pan. Chill for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the refrigerator and either break into pieces or chop into large pieces with a large knife.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Notes
Flavoring is optional as the ingredients will impart wonderful flavor on their own.
Orange flavoring works well with the ingredients, however.
Be sure to use real white chocolate (not artificial, baking chips, etc).
